As Wexford Volunteer Centre officially launched it’s service this week, there were already 156 people signed up to become volunteers across the county.
Similarly, quite a few community organisations and groups have already come on board and now the real task for centre manager Jane Byrne and her soon to be hired development officer begins – matching volunteers with organisations who are in need of them.
